Facial Capture takes snapshots to identify visitors on your property, sending the images to your Smart Device. Proudly designed and engineered in the U.S.A., this wired security DVR provides uninterrupted, delay-free viewing. The accompanying app gives you control of the DVR and access to recordings from anywhere.

Significantly, Night Owl® never charges fees for storage or video access. All recordings are stored on the included 1TB hard drive, which you can view and download as needed. This cutting-edge system delivers the ultimate security experience. Note that it is compatible with Night Owl's DP2, DP8, WNIP2, and WNIP8 Series cameras, but not with other Night Owl products.

The Secure App-Based Bluetooth Setup allows you to configure and manage the system directly from your Smart Device via a secure wireless Bluetooth connection. Both the app and the system are password-protected, shielding your data. No TV or monitor is required for this setup process.

Prioritizing your privacy, Night Owl ensures that your recordings and data are accessible only to you, stored securely on the pre-installed hard drive. Additionally, 2-Step Verification and Single Sign-On protect your information while providing convenient access.

Customizable coverage is achieved by adding up to 8 compatible Night Owl wired BNC cameras (DP2 or DP8 Series) to the wired recorder. Further, you can instantly expand your viewing area by adding up to 4 compatible Night Owl Wi-Fi devices (WNIP2 or WNIP8 Series). However, these additions are not backwards compatible with other Night Owl products.
